This page summarises the rules that apply to accounts, offers and payments. The full terms you accept at registration, and the wording on each offer card, take priority over this summary.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to register and play. Register in your own legal name, with a date of birth and an address that match your documents. The account currency is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards.
The welcome package
The package spreads a 400% match across your first four deposits, up to £15,000 in bonus funds, with 400 free spins released in daily batches. Each stage needs a deposit of £10 or more, and the cashier applies it without a code.
Bonus rules
Bonus funds carry 35x wagering on the deposit and the bonus together, and free-spin winnings carry 40x. Each stage has a ten-day window in which to clear it. The maximum stake while a bonus is active is £5 a spin. Slots count in full towards wagering, while live and table games count at a reduced rate. Reload and cashback offers need a manual opt-in in My Bonuses.
Payments
Deposits start at £10. Withdrawals start at £20, or £50 by bank transfer, and carry no fee. Standard limits are £10,000 a day, £20,000 a week and £50,000 a month, raised for the higher loyalty bands. The first withdrawal returns to the method that funded the account. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paysafecard are deposit-only.
Verification
Before a first withdrawal we ask for photo identification, a proof of address issued within the last three months and proof of card ownership where a card was used.
